Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your WARH SLOTS account and the personal data associated with it. Deletion is available inside the app and through this web page if you cannot access the app.

Option 1: Delete inside WARH SLOTS

Open WARH SLOTS and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Tap your profile avatar and open Personal Info.
Select Delete Account.
Review the warning and confirm the deletion request.

Option 2: Submit a web deletion request

If you cannot sign in, use the button below to email our privacy team. This request does not require reinstalling the app.

Request account deletion

Include in your request: your WARH SLOTS user ID, login method, account email or Telegram ID if applicable, and a clear statement that you want the account deleted. Never send your password, complete payment-card details, or one-time verification codes.

Verification and timing

We may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account. After verification, we disable access and delete or irreversibly anonymize active account data within 30 days. We send confirmation to the contact channel used for the request.

Data that is deleted

Account credentials and linked login-provider identifiers.
Display name, avatar, contact details, device associations, and personal profile information.
Virtual-coin balance, game progress, rewards, social connections, and referral relationships associated with the account.
Active authentication tokens and account access.

Data that may be retained

Payment, tax, refund, and accounting records for up to seven years where legally required.
Security, fraud-prevention, and abuse-investigation records for up to 24 months, or longer for an active legal claim or investigation.
Residual encrypted backup copies for up to 90 days before routine deletion.
Aggregated or de-identified records that can no longer be linked to your account.

Retained records are restricted to the stated legal, security, dispute-resolution, or accounting purposes and are not used to continue your game profile.

Before you delete

Deletion is permanent. Your virtual coins, purchases delivered as virtual items, game progress, rewards, and social connections cannot be restored. Deleting your WARH SLOTS account does not by itself cancel a Google Play subscription; subscriptions must also be managed in Google Play.
